Redha Almosawi, an experienced Organizational Excellence and Development Advisor with over 25 years of extensive experience in quality management, organizational excellence, leadership, and strategic planning. Throughout his career, Redha has held key roles such as Organizational Performance Consultant/Advisor at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Excellence Director at the Bahrain Center of Excellence, and Acting Director of Planning and Development at GOYS.

Known for his expertise in strategic management and quality assurance, Redha’s career has been marked by a series of impactful contributions to various organizations and governmental bodies. His diverse background includes roles such as Head of Quality, Environment, Health, Safety, and Security and membership in the Bahrain Government’s Team of Experts for the Bahrain Center of Excellence.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering & Electronics from the University of Bahrain and an MBA with distinction, Redha combines technical expertise with strategic vision.
